배경
60영업일 후 게이트가 열렸을 때 전환 절차가 여러 문서에 흩어져 있으면 그날 임기응변하게 된다. 턴키 런북으로 정리하고, 진입 문서(README)가 6/1에 멈춰 있던 것을 6/10 상태로 갱신한다.
