HCI now fires automatically via useEffect as soon as a result with a
TIC ID lands, keyed on (tic_id, sector) so plot-view toggles that swap
in a new result object don't retrigger it. Drops the Compute HCI /
Refresh button; an error path adds an inline retry link.
README + SCIENCE.md picked up the SSE progress bar, the rolling-median
flatten + binned overlay on the LC plot, the in-browser view toggles in
ManualDipSelector, the auto-HCI behaviour, and the new
/api/mast/analyze_async + /api/jobs/{id}/stream endpoints.
