Autonomous review + merge pass (rebased onto current main, resolving conflicts in operator/controller/reconcile/tool.go and operator/infra/k8s/deployment.go to preserve both #143's external-URL/SecretRef path and #145's CRD-delegation path).

• The envtest-tagged files operator/test/integration/suite_test.go:84 and kapeproxy/envtest_e2e_test.go:107 still call the pre-feat(operator): delegate KapeTool memory provisioning to QdrantCluster CRD #145 NewToolReconciler(repo, statefulSet, cfgLoader) signature. PR feat(operator): delegate KapeTool memory provisioning to QdrantCluster CRD #145 changed the constructor to NewToolReconciler(repo, qdrantClusterPort) but did not update these files, so go test -tags envtest ./... will fail to compile. The default gate (go build/vet/test ./operator/... without tags) is unaffected. Recommend updating them in PR feat(operator): KapeTool memory deletion-protection finalizer + Qdrant collection lifecycle (#38) #147 (which also touches this area) or a follow-up, since the envtest suite would additionally need a qdrant-operator CRD installed in the envtest cluster to exercise the new path.
