fsproj has wrong path for Xamarin.MonoTouch.FSharp.targets resulting in build error in recent versions of Xamarin Studio.
Xamarin studio appears to attempt to fix by adding the Csharp targets path. (adding to the confusion)
Updating path fixes build issue.
