Add native tape backup UI

Summary

• add a Tapes section to the native menubar app
• support saving the current OP-1 tape tracks to op1.fun via presigned uploads
• support loading a ready tape backup back to the OP-1 with an overwrite warning for unbacked local tape contents
• add local OP-1 tape snapshot/restore handling for tape/track_1.aif through tape/track_4.aif

Notes

• This is the native app side only. The corresponding token-authenticated tape API still needs to be implemented server-side before these actions can work against production.
