  • Add Python 3.14 to CI
  • Upgrade to llvmlite 0.46
  • Upgrade to Typer 0.21
  • Drop support for x86 Mac because llvmlite stopped publishing wheels for it

- Upgrade to llvmlite 0.46
- Upgrade to Typer 0.21
- Update dev dependencies
llvmlite no longer publishes for this platform
