Opt-in functionality to generate a secret with credentials and connection details for the cluster. The functionality was inspired by the cnpg operator.

Opt-in functionality to generate a secret with credentials and connection details for the cluster, if the secret is deleted/update the cluster will be updated too.
The functionality was inspired by the cnpg operator.
