TypeScript 6 no longer auto-includes @types/node — add it explicitly via `types: ["node"]` in the base tsconfig. Also set `rootDir` in tsconfig.eslint.json since its `include` spans multiple top-level directories (silences TS6059).
Adds tests for src/schematron.ts (previously 0% branch coverage), covers the remaining branches of src/main.ts (TEI schema, unknown schema, warn-only, no-files, summary write, schematron result handling), and fills in the untested helpers in src/utils.ts (getParams, defaultVersion, makeUrl/makeLink, truncateJingMessage, trimFilePath). Introduces SVRL + TEI fixtures under __fixtures__/svrl/, extends the @actions/core fixture with addList/addTable, and enables a coverage threshold in jest.config.js so regressions are caught in CI. Coverage: 55.6% -> 97.5% statements, 36.7% -> 88.3% branches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
