Pull request overview
Removes references to the now-archived dotnet/ai-samples repository from the AI Evaluation library documentation and replaces them with Learn documentation links so users still have a supported path to usage guidance.
Changes:
- Replaces
dotnet/ai-samples“API Usage Examples” links with Learn tutorials in multiple AI Evaluation READMEs. - Normalizes the “Usage examples” section heading across the affected docs.
- Cleans up minor formatting in the Azure DevOps report extension overview YAML snippet.
