…ad hint - format role=tool content as "Code: message" so LLM can recover from NotFound by calling note.list / vault.search_keyword instead of blindly retrying the same wrong path (Iter 3.5 root cause #1) - inject TOOL_USE_DISCOVERY_HINT as a system message both in the main chat (when tools_enabled) and in every Skill sub-turn, telling the model to locate rel_path via discovery tools before assuming files live at the workspace root (Iter 3.5 root cause #2)
