GIT_TAG mainis not something a consumer would pin to — it moves under them. Points atv0.2.0instead, matchingproject(cadence VERSION 0.2.0)in CMakeLists.txt sofind_package(cadence)reports the same version the tag claims.The tag and release, plus the repo description and topics, are being set separately since they are not file changes.
