feat(ui): stripe and countdown for stale connections - #596

- stale rows show a yellow-to-red stripe and removal countdown from halfway through their timeout - context columns soften toward gray, signal columns keep their colors - historic rows stay faint gray, distinct on dark terminals
- row fade and Details countdown now share stale_window with the stripe - drop stale warning-threshold wording from core staleness tests

Replaces the whole-row yellow-to-red staleness recolor with two focused cues.
