What changed

  • Installed drupal/key_auth 2.2.0 via Composer and enabled the module
  • Created api_consumer role with minimal View published content permission — read-only access for machine-to-machine integrations
  • Exported config: core.extension.yml, key_auth.settings.yml, role and system action YAMLs
  • Added issue-90 spec doc; updated issue-74 doc to closed

Why

Establishes the simplest M2M auth pattern for Waggy's external integrations (e.g. inventory sync via Spring Boot). API key is sent as api-key header on every request — no expiration, no OAuth handshake.

What to review

  • user.role.api_consumer.yml — confirm permissions are minimal (read-only)
  • key_auth.settings.yml — detection methods: header + query
  • composer.json / composer.lock — only drupal/key_auth ^2.2 added

Closes #90

Closes #90
