Code Review

This pull request updates the Dojo Android and iOS SDK dependencies across the library and example projects, upgrading the Android SDKs to 1.9.0/1.8.0 and the iOS SDKs to 1.4.5/1.4.6, while also switching Git URLs from SSH to HTTPS. Additionally, a post-install hook was added to the new architecture example's Podfile to set the deployment target to 15.1. Feedback suggests modifying this hook to only upgrade the deployment target if it is lower than 15.1, preventing potential compilation failures for dependencies requiring a higher target.
