Code Review
This pull request updates the Dojo Pay Android SDK dependencies in android/build.gradle, upgrading uisdk to version 1.7.0 and sdk to version 1.8.1. Additionally, the package version in package.json is bumped from 0.17.1 to 0.17.3. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
