#89 — Roadmap article follow-up from PR #31

Takes in the review thread from @AbcSxyZ and @MishaBoar:

  • Clear separation of Dogecoin Core (GitHub), ecosystem apps, and Foundation Trailmap
  • Core development centers on dogecoin/dogecoin (projects board, discussions, r/dogecoindev)
  • Notes DIPs as historical/formal, not the default daily process
  • Core as “boring base”; ecosystem can change usage without Core changes
  • Foundation is one participant — Trailmap ≠ consensus roadmap

Broken link fix

/dogepedia/projects/ 404’d. Added Dogecoin ecosystem projects and retargeted EN + other-language roadmap links.
