dogecoinfoundation#322: Home used Site.BaseURL (unreliable with empty baseURL); Archive pointed at /posts which does not exist. Point to relLangURL home, Dogepedia, and Wallets. dogecoinfoundation#199: Dogepedia linked /dogepedia/articles/recover-a-lost-wallet but the article was missing. Add an English recovery guide that points to backup/hardware wallet docs without inventing unsafe advice.
