Changes: - Remove old css files (mis-labelled 2015) - Force background colour on webflow site (only) - Force 0 padding on 'container' on webflow site (only) - Top menu weight, colour and text-decoration
- Removed 40% max-width applied to all buttons - this was breaking all of the buttons - Removed border from top of footer - Styled the registration form helper text (beneath button)
- Removed it in the webflow list.html instead so that it doesn't affect the rest of the site.

- Added Dogeathon Top menu button -Merged #324 tweaks - Fixed CSS from the merge because was breaking main website - Fixed Buttons CSS on Dogeathon Portugal - Fixed Dogeathons menu links to redirect to 2022 Hackathon
