Trial 8 in the Darwin/Baldwin search: adds a second, independent inheritance channel (dual inheritance / gene-culture coevolution) instead of another single-scalar genome trait like Trials 1-7. A heritable plasticity gene sets how readily an agent's live, socially-transmitted dialect tracks the local same-species majority; dialect-matching at a catch/graze event earns a coordination-game energy bonus, giving the mechanism a frequency-dependent (non-smooth) fitness landscape rather than a gradient. The policy also observes cultural state, targeting the "reverse leg" no prior module confirmed.

Scaffolded from eco_evolutionary_metabolic_code (satiation throttle, neutral-drift control, RLlib contract) with the loci-solving mechanism replaced by the cultural-learning update. 27 unit tests passing plus random-policy smoke runs; no PPO training pilot launched yet (tracked in the new module's RESULTS.md and Trial 8 in the top-level RESULTS.md).
