Summary

• Put a native-download → before/after demo → limits journey at the top of the README; source builds remain optional.
• Add the observed v0.1.1 configured-platform-gap demo: Windows/macOS gaps2→0 while required-check enforcement remains UNKNOWN.
• Include three feedback prompts for 2–3 developers without implying any feedback has already been collected.

Private reports/task cards are not included. Declared/configured paths are not observed execution, efficacy, complete E2E coverage or enforcement; audit exit0 is not a trust score.

Risk: none (passive documentation, shared production behavior unchanged). Native assessment was unassessable with RDD off, not approval; its writer-self-verification/no-independent-verifier plan was followed.
