Keep CommonJS on a compatible module resolver
When backend validation runs, TypeScript rejects moduleResolution: "bundler" while module remains "commonjs" with TS5095, before checking any source files. This breaks both yarn typecheck:server and the tsc phase of yarn build:server, including the Typecheck server step in .github/workflows/backend-smoke.yml; retain a Node-compatible resolver or change the module target coherently.
