changed the title
datafusion reads a backslash literally, so C-style escaping made a value match a different row, and it has no `from_base64` for binaries
a dataset takes the schema of its first fragment, so a column added mid-load was silently dropped from every row that carried it
they load into a cluster, and the package guard also lets the `lance` jobs in
…nce's model keying root orphan removal on `_dlt_id` rather than `_dlt_load_id` lets update, insert and delete fuse, so a file no longer orphans what its siblings wrote

Description
Converts lancedb destination for LanceDB Enterprise (and Cloud). FlightSQL is used for data access.
