Adds Mitos to the VMs & MicroVMs section. Mitos is a Kubernetes-native runtime that live copy-on-write forks a running Firecracker microVM into many isolated, self-hostable sandboxes for AI agents. It is open source (Apache-2.0) and sits naturally next to Arrakis as a self-hosted microVM platform with snapshot and fork support.
Placed right after Arrakis, the closest analog. Format matches the existing entries (no trailing period).
