A guide to setup and run the project

While the documentation for WPILib is quite excellent in general, there are topics that we would have liked to be easier accessible.

And as the getting started part is perhaps the most urgent and important area, we will cover it here. This guide will not be as general and in-depth as the WPILib docs, but it will provide you with the required steps to get your project and RoboRIO up and running; ready for developing in Java, as this project is.
