Prepares 0.6.0 of discolike and discolike-cli.

  • Versions bumped in _version.py, both pyproject.toml files, the discolike[cli] extra pin, test_package.py and uv.lock.
  • Unreleased becomes 0.6.0 (2026-10-12).
  • New changelog entry for the API's limits on queued email lookups and running async tasks (platform !991). No code change: the transport already retries 429 and honors Retry-After: 60, so a submit over a limit blocks up to three minutes with the default max_retries=3, then raises RateLimitError.

932 tests pass, ruff clean. check_contract.py matches the production spec.

RetriggerConfidence Score: 4/5

The PR appears safe to merge, with one non-blocking clarification needed in the release note.

### Issue 1
CHANGELOG.md:5
The new `SDK/CLI` note tells readers to pass `max_retries=0`, but the CLI has no such option. Its `get_client()` passes only `api_key` and `base_url`, so CLI users cannot disable these waits. Mark this advice as SDK-only and show `Discolike(max_retries=0)`.

For each issue above, determine whether it is valid and should be fixed. If so, fix it directly.

Summary

Prepares discolike and discolike-cli for 0.6.0.

  • The SDK and CLI packages now identify themselves as version 0.6.0.
  • The 0.6.0 release notes explain queued-work limits and retries.

… work-in-progress limits

Bump the SDK and CLI to 0.6.0 in _version.py, both pyproject.toml files, the
discolike[cli] extra pin and uv.lock, and date the Unreleased changelog section.

Adds one changelog entry for the API's new limits on queued email lookups and
running async tasks: the transport already waits out their 429 with
Retry-After: 60, so the entry only says how long a submit can block.
The platform release is live, so the offset cap, continent codes and the
email_validated deprecation no longer need hand edits. gen_requests.py --check
is clean; the changelog drops the notes that said it would not be.
Comment thread CHANGELOG.md Resolved
The CLI builds its client with no retry option, so a CLI command over a
work-in-progress limit waits out the retries and exits 4.
