Add a register button that appears only on mobile devices, positioned below the countdown timer in the Hero section. The button uses the same neo-brutalist style as the header version but without text-shadow glows from the countdown area.
Hide the header register button on screens <= 768px to avoid duplication, since the button now appears in the Hero section on mobile devices.
The register button now lives exclusively in the Hero section, eliminating code duplication between Header and Hero components.
Display the register button on all viewports instead of mobile only. Includes hover and active states with neo-brutalist style, and a reduced font-size on mobile screens.

I changed the location of the registration button in the mobile and web view(Requested change) so that it is located below the countdown
