Name and aggregate all outputs --> input options. Rules must specify an
inputin program params, which determines whichinput_optionis used. standardize this across rules!write function to check that all required inputs/outputs are specified, or rules that produce them are called. If missing inputs, then provide a useful error message, and a list of rules that produce the required inputs.
add tests for fastqc, multiqc, deseq2 (function to copy over/import required input data)
