Local default overwrite of 131072 is 4 times lower than the new builtin default 524288. Let's follow the upstream defaults. See https://github.com/awslabs/amazon-eks-ami/blob/9811df7f81a4aeb549729104ee1f4c348c804829/templates/al2023/runtime/rootfs/etc/sysctl.conf#L1.

This will cause a node rollover if applied.
