Purpose
Release preparation for 8.7.1 (patch). Coordinated version-bearing-file bump per docs/WORKFLOW.md (version changes are release-only), CHANGELOG entry, availability text, and the retired-concepts CHANGELOG pin shift that the insertion requires.
Semver rationale
Patch: a backend authentication fix (#847) and release-tooling hardening (#843, #840); everything else since 8.7.0 is ci/test/docs/benchmark records. No new user-facing surface, no default/scoring change.

package.json + lock, packages/patina-humanizer/package.json (version + exact dep pin), SKILL.md, .patina.default.yaml, README ×4 (yaml sample + badge + availability sentence), .claude-plugin/{plugin,marketplace}.json (via release:sync-plugin-versions), playground/index.html version badges, docs/integrations/release.md current-registry line, CHANGELOG.md (8.7.1 entry), scripts/check-retired-concepts.mjs (CHANGELOG pins +10 lines — mechanical shift for the inserted entry, no pin added/removed).
