… Dependabot daily The workflows were pinned at v0.0.9 while ffmpeg.lock's engine moved to 0.0.12, whose builds expect the FFMPEG_BUILD_REPO_PRIVATE that only v0.0.12's build.yml sets: the nightly release failed on GitHub's 403. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The nightly release (run 39485747793) ran engine 0.0.12 (ffmpeg.lock) on ffmpeg-build's workflows pinned at v0.0.9. 0.0.12's builds expect FFMPEG_BUILD_REPO_PRIVATE, which only v0.0.12's build.yml sets, so they fell back to an unauthenticated API call and got GitHub's 403. This moves every pin to v0.0.12 (88ea8f0) and has Dependabot look daily, so the pins keep up with update-lock. The engine-side fix (devenvy/ffmpeg-build#60) makes old workflows work with new engines again.
