fix(gnutls): the system priority file is /etc/gnutls/config, not the deps folder's - #5

…deps folder's GnuTLS compiles <sysconfdir>/gnutls/config into the library. With the default sysconfdir that was a path inside the deps folder, which the release check rejects on native (Apple) builds and which no installed system would ever have. GnuTLS compiles
<sysconfdir>/gnutls/configinto the library. With the default sysconfdir that path was inside the deps folder: devenvy/ffmpeg#60's maccatalyst-arm64-gplv2 build failed the release check on it (libavformat contains .../deps/maccatalyst-arm64 ... /etc/gnutls/config), and on Linux the library looked for/opt/ffmpeg-build/deps/etc/gnutls/config, which no system has. Now--sysconfdir=/etc, as fontconfig and libxml2 already do.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
