minor · docs Version moved to v27.4.0 (dated 2026-10-09 in CHANGELOG.md:13) but the stamp stays As of 2026-09, when no 27.x existed — the same staleness kb:review/pr-715, kb:review/pr-717, kb:review/pr-720 and kb:review/pr-727 flagged on four consecutive bumps. Change the stamp to As of 2026-10.
