• useblacksmith/rust-cache → Swatinem/rust-cache (v2.9.2, SHA-pinned); useblacksmith/cache → actions/cache (v5.0.2, SHA-pinned).
• .github/actionlint.yaml removed: it only registered Blacksmith labels; ubuntu-latest is built into actionlint.
