Demo path

1. Discover — database plus document chatbot
2. Answer four architect questions, or skip to the blueprint
3. Approve the blueprint
4. Run the workflow (green = reuse, purple = new, orange = connector)
5. Connect GitHub and generate agents/reused + agents/generated
6. Ask the inspector to open a pull request
7. Evaluate (C+ until tests are requested)
