Summary

  • Split shared CLI internals into config, tool client, workflow, pipeline, and CLI helper modules while preserving existing command names.
  • Make Fast Bandages recipe-driven with IoStore package mode and replace duplicated per-mod build scripts with a shared builder.
  • Add Poetry-managed test dependencies plus parser, command, and external tool argv smoke coverage.

Test plan

  • python -m poetry run pytest
  • powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\modding_tools\scripts\run_tests.ps1

Move shared process, config, workflow, and packaging logic into package modules so recipe and IoStore builds use a cleaner foundation.
