Pin Go 1.27 and bump Nabat to v0.8.0. Migrate Confirm (WithYes / WithBypassHint), Spinner, Theme, Fields/Badge, Prefill, and nabattest helpers. Stub golangci-lint until it supported 1.27.

Fixes #67.

- stub golangci-lint until upstream supports 1.27
- adopt Nabat v0.8 Confirm, Spinner, Theme, and Fields APIs

fix CodeQL autobuild for Go 1.27
