feature: upgrade bitnami/common chart to 2.31.4 #43

The deployah library chart and the helmet example pinned bitnami/common to 2.29.1. Common 2.31.0 removed supportsIngressClassname and supportsPathType, so a blind bump broke Ingress renders.

Shipped in #44: pin 2.31.4 (highest 2.31.x on Bitnami OCI; GitHub 2.31.10 is not on that registry). Always emit ingressClassName and pathType. HPA metrics use the modern shape only.

Exact pin, not 2.x.x. Did not jump to OCI 2.41.0.
