tests/smoke-kotlin-toolchain.yamland akotlin-toolchain/fixture (the 0.12.0kotlin/kotlin.batwrappers and amodule.yamlwith an outdatedcom.squareup.okio:okio) for thekotlin_toolchainecosystem added in dependabot/dependabot-core#16203. The ecosystem is in beta, so the job enablesenable-beta-ecosystems; the output was generated and verified with an updater image built from that branch.
