Add symbolic link to data, to be visible by Google Colab:

1. First click this link.
2. You may have to first sign into GDrive using the blue button in the top right hand corner that says Sign in.
3. One you have signed in, right click on the folder climate_net and select Add a shortcut to Drive and click Add Shortcut if the blue banner is highlighting My Drive, if it isnt, select My Drive and then select Add Shortcut.
