# Decision3

**Infrastructure for the autonomous AI economy.**

---

## What We Build

Three things autonomous AI agents need to operate in the real world:

1. **Pay** across diverging payment standards — without vendor lock-in
2. **Remember** inside disciplined context boundaries — without hallucination drift
3. **Identify** as named individuals — not anonymous corporations

None existed as production-grade, open tools. So we built them.

---

## Products

### Interouter — Pillar 1 (LIVE)
Facilitator-agnostic middleware for the x402 payment standard.

- Cross-facilitator compatibility (OpenLedger + OpenGradient)
- 5-stage payment lifecycle with fallback routing
- Circuit breaker protection
- v0.1.6 live on npm · 45/45 tests passing · MIT licensed

```bash
npm install @decision3/interouter-core
github.com/decision3-ai/interouter
npmjs.com/package/@decision3/interouter-core
Context Protocol — Pillar 2 (Q3 2026)
Bounded context isolation. Markdown-anchored memory.
No hallucination drift. No token bloat.
Status: D3-ACP Protocol drafted.
Identity / DID — Pillar 3 (Q4 2026)
Decentralized identifiers humans own.
Agents act for named individuals, not anonymous corporations.
Status: Architecture defined.
The Proof
EvoAgent is the first real-world consumer of Decision3 infrastructure.
Every tool we ship is one we run in production first.
This is dogfooding, not theorizing.
Why Now
  • Linux Foundation made x402 a public standard (April 2026)
  • Hyperscalers are shipping incompatible implementations
  • The window to define the compatibility layer is open — it will not be open in 12 months
