Add the formats table, the save operation and the writer surface to the Audio File Processor page and the Python and Node API references. Replace the removed WAV-specific error with the five read and write errors, correct the header-only WAV and format-support claims, add a File entry to llms.txt, and remove the remaining hardcoded package versions. Complete the Python exception hierarchy with the resample and echo cancellation classes, and add the aec option to the Microphone constructor surface on both API pages.
