Adds wav_format, aiff_format, flac_stream_info and flac_md5_check to AudioStreamDecoder, so the probe entry point reaches the same detail as the per-format readers. Caches the fuzz corpus between scheduled runs and moves the schedule to twice weekly, so a run resumes from the previous corpus rather than the committed floor. Adds --locked to the publish command and a step checking the tag version against Cargo.toml before authentication. Releases 0.1.4.
