💡 What: Replaced slow Pandas iterrows() loops with itertuples(index=False, name=None) or to_dict('records').
🎯 Why: iterrows() is a known performance bottleneck as it creates a Pandas Series object for every row.
📊 Impact: Significantly faster iteration over DataFrames during benchmarking and parsing steps.
🔬 Measurement: Observe faster runtime and pass in tests with pytest.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15532347892938888609 started by @alinelena

Replaced slow `iterrows()` calls with `to_dict('records')` and `itertuples(index=False, name=None)` across several scripts. This avoids the overhead of instantiating `Series` objects for every row, drastically improving iteration performance.
