IPv4のgeneratorのページだけ
スクロールではなく、tabでページを切り替えられるような実装のサンプル
1ページでどれくらい項目数だすかの決めはあるが、これもいいかもしれない
あとは、画面のどこかにtabでページを切り替えられる、ということを表示しておけばよさそう？
汎用的な作りにして他のプロトコル用画面もそれを使うようにしたい
対象プロトコルの全フォームのリストを定義して、そのリストを定数分スプリットしてスプリットしたフォーム群ごとにtabで切り替えられるようなコンポーネント、をイメージ
←汎用的には作れなさそうだった。tview.NewForm()に、あらかじめ初期化したButtonとかを追加するメソッドがあればいけるけど
