Invalid email address

Hi! Sorry for creating an issue, but recently I bought a Petsafe Scooper litter box, registered a user, the android app integration work great.
When adding the integration to HA - the wizard says: "Invalid email address"
and stops. The email is cross-checked, it's good
Could you please help me in this?

I have this issue and after some diagnosing, there seems to be 2 petsafe infrastructures, so if you use the new smart litter boxes, this doesn't work
