Move spec docs into specs/ - #19

Collect the six root-level *spec*.md files under specs/ to declutter the repo root: the build specs (modelith-spec.md, modelith-spec-v2.md), the ontology/KG spec, and the VS Code/AI specs (vscode-ai-spec, -extended, drift-spec). Tracked files moved with git mv (history preserved); the two untracked ones (drift, ai-spec-extended) are added here. Update the references that pointed at the old root paths: README's spec link and the "Spec addendum to modelith-spec.md" lines in docs/collaboration-model.md and modelith-collaboration-model.md now point at specs/modelith-spec.md.
