Create Course Page

This page is only accessible by admins. under the header there is a form that asks for three pieces of information: Course title, Course Target Goal(this is a percent target goal for the course), and Course Actions that are required for the upcoming year to address issues that occurred in previous course. The "Create" button will create the Course with the information inputed, This will displayed on the "Course page"(visit the "Course Page" wiki for further information). The "Cancel" button will disregard any information and bring you back to the "Course Page".
