TX-RF un pico RTX

Hi! What about obtaining 0 180° TX_RF from pico by using another pin? This could eliminate an external stage to drive, say 2 couple of bs170 pairs, do you think that is a doable solution?

Hi, interesting idea, can you give me a few more details of what you have in mind? Is this for a QSE type TX or polar?

I've just finished it. It works, i have to adjust it a bit: I was inspired by hans summer qmx, but mine is simpler, it consist of a broadband trifilar transformer on the input Tx-Rf, a 7404 doble buffer for any channel 0,180 degrees, to drive to couples of bs170 in push pull mode, a magnitude modulator composed by a 2n222 and a P channel mosfet(generic) a coil 45 turns on t50-2 to feed the drains and another tranformer 3 turns on binocular tipe 61 and go to filters and then to relais to antenna. I confess I had a great support from Caude AI. But it works, I have 5 volts on the gates power could be more or less 5 watt. On the extreme bands 160 and 12-10 meters the power decreases.
