wielebenwir#2253 fix available_until incorrect when booking offset is defined
…webservice getBookingListData() now also returns a bookingModels map (postID => typed Booking) alongside the existing wire-format data array, so internal consumers (e.g. getBookingsIcal) can reuse the already-fetched model instead of re-querying by ID. getTemplateData() strips bookingModels before encoding the response so the JSON webservice boundary is unaffected.
