Remove exclusion of DOIs with certain relationTypes from ORCID auto-update

Purpose

Versions are now grouped in ORCID's interface with the following two changes:

• Adds version-of external ID relationships in work records based on DOI metadata orcid_client#53
• Update orcid_client to support version-of relationships volpino#240

The exclusion of DOIs with certain relationTypes from ORCID auto-update is now unnecessary. This PR removes those relationType exclusions. The exclusion was designed to avoid flooding ORCID records with near-duplicate DOI records of different versions, often from Zenodo.
